Here is a two part tulip model featuring the stem and the bulb. The stem inserts into the bulb with a tight fit then twist to lock in place. Depending how your print goes, you may need to file or sand the stem a little to make it fit nicely, but I think this is better than being too loose. You could always secure it with a little glue too.
I printed it on my Anycubic Photon resin printer with the stem and bulb both upright and didn't need any support. I painted some of them afterwards.
