Tired of the old sad twitchy spool attachment system on Ender 3 Pro.
Say no more. Here I bring you brand new attachment system for any spool with hole in the middle with diameter up to 8 cm.
Takes about 5 hours to print with 15% gyroid infill and .24 layers when sliced by a Prusa slicer. I think you could get away with less infill and taller layers.
Other supplies used:
4x bearings with 22 mm outside diameter and 8 mm inside diameter,
1x ~15 cm long threaded rod with 8 mm diameter,
2x 8 mm nut
I suppose you could print all of above too, but I didn't feel like having the 8 mm plastic threaded rod break and the spool fall on the printing bed.
Fit is quite tight on bearings so you might need a vice to press them in, otherwise I recommend enlarging a model in the slicer to 100.5% in X-Y direction
You are a smart person so I trust you with the assembly ;)
