This is designed to hold two regular expansion cards, plus the ethernet adapter and screwdriver.
If you want the case to stay together you will need to install sixteen 5x2mm magnets. 2-part epoxy works the best for securing the magnets. Not sure if superglue will hold or not but you can always try. Make sure you get the polarity of the magnets correct when gluing them in.
10-15% infill work fine. You will most likely need to use simple supports for the tabs on the outside, and the framework logo on the top case.
Case measures 154 x 88.2 x 16.2 mm and weighs about 90 grams plus the magnet weight depending on your settings.
You can also fill in the logo with the epoxy for a more finished look, if desired.
EDIT - I have added a model that holds 4 cards plus the ethernet. It hasn’t been printed to test, but since it's such a minor change I'm sure it will work fine. It is 2mm thicker than the other version to allow two more cards.
EDIT 2 - Added a model with a slot for an NVMe drive in addition to the two cards + ethernet & screwdriver.
