The sizes are modeled after the real thing but I made some adjustments to reinforce some parts.
It was quite a tight fit but it worked fine and my printer settings aren't the best so it'll probably be fine for you.
No supports or anything extra needed but if you're struggling with stringing the try turning on “Avoid crossing perimeters” in Printer Settings/Layers and perimeters/Quality if you are using PrusaSlicer, or just find your slicer's equivalent.
Before and after(from Prusa's official website)
Outer diameter: 40mm(41 if you add the grips)
Inner diameter: 36mm
Thickness: 4mm
Outer diameter: 9.2mm
Inner diameter: 6.2mm
Thickness: 3mm
Connection piece height: 24mm
Handle height: 17mm
Bottom height: 7mm(there was an elevated bottom piece rather than just a thin floor so I also added one)
Reinforcements:
I can't see the measurements in the sketch but I know its 1 mm thick and plenty strong
