Description

PDF

This is a knob for a connection of a cut circle/cylinder. It has grips, thick walls and reinforcements so it'll be strong. 0.2 millimeter tolerance.

The sizes are modeled after the real thing but I made some adjustments to reinforce some parts.

It was quite a tight fit but it worked fine and my printer settings aren't the best so it'll probably be fine for you.

No supports or anything extra needed but if you're struggling with stringing the try turning on “Avoid crossing perimeters” in Printer Settings/Layers and perimeters/Quality if you are using PrusaSlicer, or just find your slicer's equivalent.

Before and after(from Prusa's official website)
