Based off of the Umbrella Cockatoo and sculpted the head/beak in Blender. I modeled the cylinder and the feathers in Fusion 360. This took me about 7 hours to make everything. I added the AMF file so you can use my raft/support settings for it.

I added more feathers at the bottom because it wasn't connecting that well at first. It is suppose to happen for the bridging to fall.

Update #1 (6/11/2020):
Removed part of the cylinder to reduce amount of filament used and less time.

Before you cut the feathers off the cylinder, glue the feathers to the head. Fusion 360 wouldn't allow me to change anything for the feathers to print inside it. I recommend gluing with a glue gun but if you have super glue, that would work too.

Modify the feathers with a hair dryer or hot water.

Print instructions

print with 0.2mm layer height or lower, use support enforcers on the bottom of the bird, use rafts, and turn on "detect thin walls". If it doesn't detect the bridging layers, then turn off thin walls.
