E3D Volcano nozzle holder for IKEA Skadis

A simple holder for E3D Volcano Nozzles. The holes for the nozzles are slightly larger so that the nozzles are easy to remove.

There are two versions. The first version is neutral with no labeling and the second is with labeling and subdivided in brass and hardened steel.

Support is only needed for the hooks.
