PDF

Additional models of 2x2 and 3x2 (2-3 pairs with paths closer to each other) and clean model, with just a ball with a ring.

---

Needs 9cm pieces of filament: PET-G or TPU. PLA works too (red on photo) but it breaks easier so it is harder to push it in
You may need some pliers or some metal thing to push it in in the top and bottom parts. For middle part it should be easier.

Made in Blender 3D
Printed on Creality Ender 3

---

Printed with:
0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm layer hight
3 walls
No infill
No support (original version ; 'round' version will need them)

With 0.6mm nozzle it should work to but filament may not stick that well to the ball

---

Print a test file first to check if you printer/slicer options are right
Filament string should go in the hole with little force and stay there by itself. It may move freely in up/down directions (easier to push it up all the way in the ball)

If it's too hard or too easy to push the filament in the test model change the flow or Horizontal Expansion / XY compensation (for example -0.1mm for bigger hole, +0.1mm for smaller)
