Modular Minimal Pi Case with PiCam Case (MMPiC + PiCC)

Modular base for a Raspberry Pi - most large models... RPi 1, RPi2, RPi3 and RPi4 (tested).

Extra additions can be made using a screw-on system.
This set includes a PiCam Case with a small extension (reach is approx the reach of the default flat cable ... with some wiggle-room).

No additional parts needed (clicks or screws together with printed parts)

Print instructions

Everything has a fairly flat surface ... put that on the plate.
You might want to add supports in the filterslot of the camera case but it is not neaded (will need some cleanup).
The arm is best printed standing up and with a brim (I've included a set of 4)
