Tripod quick release mount for Davis & Sanford (Tiffen) ProVista

This tripod quick release was designed to attach to a Davis and Sanford (Tiffen) ProVista tripod with an FM18 Fluid Head. 

The four mounting holes will accept ¼-20 nuts. Use with nuts if offsetting the telescope to one side of the tripod.

Print with supports.

I printed this with Prusament PC Blend for strength, ymmv with other materials.
