Y axis belt tensioner

New concept of belt tensioner. It uses push instead of pull so it takes less space.

Requires hex head bolt (long enough). Hex or square nut can be used for the main bolt. Slots for frame nuts are designed for hex nuts.

Current design uses:

• 2x M5 frame bolts
• M5 connection bolt
• M4 pulley bolt

Designed for Geeetech A30 but can be customized for other printers.

Print instructions

Print pulley holders on the side and the block on the front. Don't use PLA - it can bend or crack over time.
