Replacement/printable strain relief for Amphenol RCA cable connectors (M-Series/RCPA)

Print with flexible filament. 

Depending on how flexible the filament is, might require some slight modification/cuts on the sleeve to make it fit.

Initially tested/printed on a (modified) CR-10.
