Printed at 0.2-layer height at 50% infill (triangles) for durability, bottom and top fill pattern used aligned rectilinear for strength. 

Under print settings: layers and perimeters for horizontal shells I used 5 top and 5 bottom solid layers. (Can be modified to a lesser count for improved speed and material use).
