Nut style LCD Control Knob

I wasn't super into the default control knob for the MK3/S, so I made one that didn't have an asymmetric design.

Looks like a nut on a bolt for visual interest :)

Updated design caps the center so that the knob cannot be pushed down the shaft of the encoder. I noticed I was having problems with the encoder failing to recognize presses, and that was the issue.

I printed on a Prusa MK3S using the Pretty PLA v3 preset.

The stud interface was based on the Prusa Research knob design.
