I still need to mount this and I am not sure about the noise yet - just one print after and the mount obviously needs to be fixed. Fingers crossed it knocks a few dbs off! Thanks! (edited)

@OurAngryBadger - How do you get the logo to print? Even with the new version of it being lowered to .2mm, the bridging is still bad. Yes I am using a .2mm layer height. Even tried with a .16 optimal and that was even worse I think > using a x1c. Thanks and love the design!
Logo printed not so perfect but the rest was as expected.
First 3 layerrs printed with 0,2mm all other with 0,28mm.

Does this work on the P1P as well?
Need help, i have printed 2 exhaust and I can’t remove the filament in the holes, any suggestions

You can change the distance between the top and bottom of the support and the distance between the support and the sides. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/software/bambu-studio/support#top-z-distance I find adding a bit to the XY distance keeps it from bonding to the walls so hard.
Having said this, I see in the description that the only place that supports are really needed are under the slotted screw holes that mount it to the printer.
This is one of the few prints where I used Support W, now called Support for PLA. It let me pull the block out of the hole in just a few pieces.
Great design that makes a significant noise reduction! Printed from PETG - turned out ok. Bridging areas were a little messy, but functional. Mounted with 2 M3 screws. Longer screw is required for the side mount. The top hole was unthreaded, so I tapped M3 threads. Not using any magnets.
Excellent. Does indeed drop significantly the noise of the fan. I was thinking about a noctua for my new printer but now I've postponed that as it is not so disturbing sound anymore with the muffler. Printer sitting only 1m away from my desk.
