Enamel Art Supply sells their Japanese (vitreous) enamel in these lovely little tubes that almost fit well in a Plano 1363 (or its doubly-expensive, pink-mode sister the Creative Options 1363). With a little printing, a little clipping and a little stacking it's possible to fit 64oz (that's 64 colors) in the top of the box, thereby leaving half of the bottom containers for more enamel. The 1363 will therefore fit a full 1 Oz set of Nihon Shippo, a full translucent & transparent set of Hirosawa, or… a lot of Ninomiya when you are eventually able to buy it again.
There are two heights here and they are stackable. The short one fits on the bottom, the tall one fits on top of a short one, and theoretically you could build a giant tower of enamel. They stick together a little (just enough?) because of the taper of the pins. If you would like less stick, sand the pins a little.
