As this kind of wheel wears very fast on our tiles I tried different things already. Wheel turned from wood (oak) did last a few months.
You can see how the EB-370 and the brushes are damaged if too close to the floor due to the wheel scraped down to nearly zero.
Now I made a design to be printed.
One design is a complete wheel to be used as one piece. PLA did the job but was very loud.
The other two are meant to be printed by TPU/Flex ("Gummi") and a durable material (PETG, PLA) for the “innen”-Part. Then both can be knocked together.
I recomend to use solid infill for the TPU (wearing!!), the inner part needs good adhesion between layers, PLA did the job for me.
UPDATE 17.05.23:
Wheels are still in vacuum and looking good without any wear - over 6 Months now. More sturdy than oak as it seems…
