Eastwood Powder Gun Air Diffuser

Users of the kinda cheap-ish Eastwood powder coating system know about the problem around uneven air distribution in the powder container.
You often get clumps of powder out of the nozzle or no powder at all until you shake the bottle like a maniac.

This mostly roots in the kind of bad air distribution in the powder container / bottle.

This modification helps to even the powder flow but not just blowing air down the bottle but by creating a steady vortex of air! It accomplishes that by letting air out of its 7 holes of which 3 create the vortex.

Just stick this model on the bottom of the long air barrel and be happy! 

Print settings:

• 0.15-0.2mm layer height
• Filament doesn't matter
• scale up or down 0.5-1% according to your print tolerances to be a tight fit.
  Use electrical tape to seal if needed
