I had spare nozzle I won’t use on my P1S so I printed the adapter in Copa Nylon and the Stealth burner parts in PAHT-CF . Plan is to use this on my old Ender 3 .

Given the large number of nozzles for my Bambu, I decided to replace the Revo with Bambulab nozzles.
Files are very well made, printed in PA6-CF.
I went through the comments a bit, and if anyone needs it, I'll summarize the settings to change in the printer.cfg under the (extruder) section:

sensor_type: ATC Semitec 104GT-2
max_power: 0.8

Once you've completed the PID calibration, you're all set

paired your design for separate X1C hex mount with a backplate from another designer for cable routes. this thing is really rigid and snug if printed with 0.45 layer width instead of 0.4

Love the idea, but the fact that the hotend assembly and the SB mount are not directly connected is a downside in my opinion. My fit was too loose and now the hotend is not fixed. Not usable.

@Victor2019 Hi, what settings do you have in printer.cfg. I have some problems with the hotend. It's not stable (temp). Also a weird issue if i press manually to extrude 2-3 times on a row firmware restart.

@htw_2394 Hello kosmou, Sorry for the slow response all I did was change the thermistor to a Generic 3950 and I also did a PID tune. fi you have more problems I can just send you my Cfg file.

Hello, since you are making a modification to a component released under GPLv3 license, would it be possible to respect the license? Any derivative work needs to be licensed under the same license. You currently have Creative Commons. This is not compatible with GPLv3 license. Thank you 🙂

Hi! Are you using the stock thermistor from bambulab? I heard there are issues when configuring it in klipper, . Thank you so much

@DanielTao_553333 I am using the stock thermistor and I haven't had any issues with it. It's actually in my Mini AB on the V0.1 and I have about 78 hours of print time with it. I have the sensor type set to "Generic 3950" and it works just fine.

the heater is 24v. what model is the thermistor? it does not have the capsule outside so it has only a drop of glass, but do you recognize which model of thermistor it is? to be able to adapt it to the marlin or klipper firmware. otherwise if you don't recognize it you should replace it with another one

@Nanodesigner_398786 I forgot to reply to this, sorry. The thermistor is integrated into the hotend so I don't believe you can replace it. I've been using the sensor type "Generic 3950" in my Klipper config file and it seems to work just fine. I picked this one because it followed my known chamber thermistor perfectly from 15C to about 35C. Ideally, I would test it at 0C and 100C, but seemed like too much work.
