Prusa MINI Clog Underextrusion FIX PTFE Cutter

This is a FIX for Prusa MINI clog and under-extrusion based on our tests.

We shared the STEP FILE so you can make other PTFE sizes and test yourself.

We fixed our underextrusion / extrusion / clog problems on Prusa Mini just cutting the original Hotend PTFE tube to around 40mm and pushing the heatbreak all into the top like this video:

We also add new thermal paste.
