Print instructions

Petg filament. for the Ceiling holder and swing arms
PLA filament for the Swing PTFE holders and dust filters

For ease of printing (No Supports) I split the main part into 3 parts and glued them together with epoxy resin. 'Ceiling Base , Ceiling Left, Ceiling right'

The dust filter requires a 15mm cube of foam that is cut in half and filled in each half of the filter. Using a 30mm M3 bolt screw through the hinge and into the swing PTFE holder, don't tighten too much allow the hinge to move freely.

screw in a PC4-M10 Straight Pneumatic Fitting in to the Swing PTFE holder.

The swing PTFE holder is attactched to the Swing Arms with two M4 16mm bolts, leave a gap of about 2mm so the parts move freely. Attach the Swing arms to the ceiling holder with two M4 16mm bolts and M4 lock nuts. see picture details
