I am starting to like the textured bed on the Mini and I'm swapping it out a fair bit, so I needed a place to store one bed while using the other sheet. I have a metal cupboard next to the printer so magnets are the answer. I had some 15mm diameter 5mm thick N52 neodymium magnets from another project so I used those. N52 are VERY powerful, with a 3.2kg pull (but still not that strong sliding) so I only needed 3 magnets to hold the thing up. If you only have N42 magnets, then there is an STL that will let you use up to 6 magnets.

Don't have a magnetic wall? No problem, a small command strip in each corner will attach this to anything.

Print instructions

0.2mm layer height, prusament galaxy silver and my Mini were used to print this. If you need the extra holding force then use the "bed holder xtra.stl" file and 6 bed bolts. Otherwise 3 bed bolts are needed.
