Lack Moving MMU2 Filament Passage

Parts to fit V1 Lack enclosures to mount the MMU2 on top. The bottom pass through is designed to be screwed in to the underside of the top and sits flush with the top. An inner grommet then sit atop the pass through with the slider in it. Finally the top grommet fits over it and is screwed in to the top. The standard holders are screwed in their normal position.
