Silica updated cap for mordr3d silica tray

I remixed the cap for this design by Mordr3d.

The cap in this design only had holes to bolt it down to the lid of the dry box.
I added holes where you can fit M3 nuts in making it a little more secure.

Print with the M3 nut holes facing upwards.
