Filament filter & clip - combo remix

This is a fusion between two models:

• Filament filter by ppyromann, which I've been using since forever and I think it's a great design
• Filament clip by 3DP, which is super simple and super effective.

I've modified only the female parts.

No support needed, best results with 0.1mm layers. 0.2mm works for me anyway
