Heavy Duty 5-Panel Mirror Mount

I have a universal 5-panel mirror that came with flimsy, thin steel mounts that allowed too much mirror vibration on my atv-swapped golf cart. Made it impossible to see at certain RPMs, so I wanted to try a beefier mount.

I designed thicker mounting brackets with additional holes on a larger pattern. The slotted area allows for vertical adjustment and is secured with original knobs. This was used on an EZGO plastic roof, so hole location isn't anything specific…just installed screws wherever everything lined up best. Maybe these would be useful for someone else with a similar mirror.

Printed in PETG @ 0.3mm layer, 3 perimeters, 4 bottom layers, 20% honeycomb fill. Uploaded STL is only one side, mirror in your slicer of choice to print both sides. 3MF provided has all print settings and mirrored part.
