This is a non-invasive mounting frame for a SKR 1.3 (1.4/2.0) board in a Kingroon KP3S. It also has space for a step down converter.
The adapter doesn't need and new holes. It sits on top of the existing screw mount posts of the original board and display.
It provides mount posts for a SKR 1.3/1.4 (probably also 2.0) board and a standard StepDown converter (to provide lower voltage for a silent board fan in my case)
The hole of the touchscreen is only partially covered with a 6mm gap that allows cables to go through. Also there are some mount holes for M3 screws to screw something on top (in my case a RaspberryPi 3A+ connected via UART to the SKR board)

OpenSCAD file included, feel free to modify (for non-commercial use). The excellent library Round-Anything by Kurt Hutten is used, many thanks for that!
