Olson Mask Pattern - With supports

Based on the Olson Mask pattern with finger holds, this remix replaces the finger holds with structural supports. This should allow for faster print. In testing, this print was 15% faster and used 12% less filament than the version with fingerholds, while increasing rigidity and lessening flex while cutting with a rotary fabric cutter.

100% small child
108% large child
120% petite adult / teenager
134% large adult

I use PrusaSlicer, and actually will print at 75% Z height, so 2.25mm instead of the 3mm in the file.
