Layer height visualizer

This is a test print to see what different layer heights look and feel like.

This has two versions:

• For 0.6 mm nozzle which shows layer heights from 0.10 mm to 0.45 mm in 0.05 mm increments
• For 0.4 mm nozzle which shows layer heights from 0.10 mm to 0.35 mm in 0.05 mm increments
