AXA QC indicator holder for lathe

Indicator holder for AXA quick change tool posts. Modeled on a Phase II 900-102 but it fits every other no name Chinese indicator I've tried. Indicator secured with an M3 screw and nut. Works in the facing direction as well if flipped upside down.

2/10/23- the wall thickness(2mm) where the indicator stem passes through seems to be too thin, I've broken 2 now. Updated model added with 4mm walls.
