A very simple but perfectly working filament sensor designed around the endstops, RatRig sends with their 3D printing kits. You can get this kind of endstops everywhere (https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005001598848888.html)
In- and outlet are designed to get a standard bowden tube plugged in. You need a pair of M3x20 cop head and M3 hex-nuts, and M3x5 for mounting the endstop.
After printing (0.2mm layer height), the holes for the M3x20 can be freed by pushing something throug it (the screw eg.)
