The fan cover fits with this model: https://www.printables.com/de/model/80029-3d-printer-din-mounts 
I used a 120x120mm fan for my SKR pro v1.2 and made my individual cover for it. Screws: M3

The SSR mount should be used with heat inserts (M5)

The other parts are for components delivered by RatRig for the V-Core 3.0 (no idea what the 3.1 includes)
