bike sprocket guard

Prevents the chain from coming off and pants/laces from catching in the gear.

This model is cut in half so you can print it on the mini. You will need screws to assemble the halves (see instructions).

Dimensions of my sprocket:
inner diameter: 165mm
radius to mounting holes: 77mm

Don't forget to enable support!

Print two copies then assemble with 1.4x4mm screws. Attach to bike with M4x8 screws and nuts.

Settings used for the print in the picture:
0.2mm speed, prusament PETG, textured print sheet, brim + support.
