This is a system I devised in order to keep all of my TS80 soldering iron pieces and accessories together so that they dont get lost or misplaced.
All of the clips are really easy to print without support (except the power cord clip which needs support for the overhang) and print relatively quicky. You may have to dial your print settings in to get the fit you want.
If you locate the stand clip as shown in the picture of everything put together you can easily unclip the power brick and cord and then slip the iron out of the two tip clips, bringing the stand with it. I have also arranged the clips on the power brick so that they straddle the two tip clips when its on the iron. That way nothing slides around in transport.
Overall it works pretty well for a quick fix. Perhaps one day ill design tip guards and a leather pouch for the whole assembly to go into for added protection. For now it does its purpose.
Hope this is useful to someone out there.
The power cord clip will need to be printed with supports because of the overhang. Everything else is super easy and quick to print.
