MK3S Fan Shroud (with nut holder)

Downloaded the MK3S Fan Shroud by ProtoPrint and whilst it worked fine, there was no nut socket so you could reuse the stock one that comes with the printer. As the new shroud is a tight fit, I found the allen screw wouldn't bed in tight and cut it's own thread.

I decided to add a nut slot for it as I noticed a few other comments requesting this. It should allow for a snug fit of the standard Prusa square nut.
