Warning! This inkwell is good for fully water-soluble inks. For China (India) inks use this one, specially designed for easy cleanup.

One Piece inkwell, which can be printed in one piece. Before print, test your parameters to eliminate stringing (hairs are nasty inside inkwell, and you will have no way to remove it), and improve water tightness of the print — as it is classic non-spill inkewell, it will be extremely hard if possible at all to waterproof it after printing.
You may prefer my other non-spill inkwell, which consists of two separate parts, which you have to glue together after print: here
Otherwise, it's nice and pretty ergonomic. I am using one of those myself.
Rulers for any classic non-spill inkwell:
To fill:
* Pour ink inside the inkwell, until it starts to fill the funnel
* Gently rotate inkwell and pour out excess ink (you can turn it upside down)
* That's it.
To empty/clean use syringe. Do NOT use non-spill inkwell with any type of water resistant Chinese ink.
