Mini-bins for Akro-Mils 10-115

I have several of these old style Akro-Mils parts cabinets hanging in my shop.  AFAIK the drawers are not interchangeable between these and the current production Akro-Mils cabinets.  The drawers often leave a bit to be desired in terms of options for splitting them up into sections for different hardware types, and if a divider gets pulled up a little, the result is usually mixed up hardware.

These bins will allow dividing each drawer into up to 6 sections.  If needed, you can easily remove a whole bin and put it on your bench.  They are a bit of a snug fit, so if you want to put them end to end, you'll probably need to remove the divider between the bins.

This was drawn in inch dimensions because the original parts were obviously designed that way and it was just easier, so you will need to tell your slicer to convert.

EDIT 22NOV22: Added a longer version (bin_long_10-115_1.0), which nests 4 to a drawer instead of 6 for longer parts, and also a variant of the standard length unit that is very slightly narrower (bin_middle_10-115_1.0).  This allows for a looser fit when placed in the middle of the drawer where there are protrusions meant to hold the original dividers.

EDIT 29NOV22:  Added a shorter bin.  These are half the size of my original bins and fit up to 12 per drawer.
