In order to attach the case to the Prusa Mini in a reasonable way and to find fixing points for the mounting bracket, I had to turn it upside down. Accordingly I renamed both parts. In order to guarantee nevertheless the ventilation, I inserted to the now "cover" a few ventilation slots. An attachment to the Z-Extrusion was out of question for me because of the long way to a camera, which should be attached on the left side.
The mounting is done by clipping in the bracket and can be moved forward or backward if necessary ...
I thought I could print the mounts I had designed for the Prusa MK3s. They fit too, but are very tight, so they are very difficult to move. Then I measured ... the aluminium extrusions of the Prusa Mini are almost 0.5mm wider than those of the Mk3s. So I changed the dimensions of the mount for the Mini.
To connect the bracket and the "bottom“ part you need 2 countersunk screws M3x10mm and the nuts and 4x M3x16 screws for the case.
