Plunger Dish fits PlumbPak PP845-7

Plunger dish designed to fit a 6" plunger with a protruding 3" sleeve such as PlumbPak PP845-7

Print out a tester first if unsure of the fit.

F3D and STEP files are included, however this isnot a parametric design: The revolved form was hand-sculpted to make it printable. It's probably easier just to scale the model to fit a larger/smaller plunger.

This will print without any supports. There is one 45.5deg angle near the top some slicers may complain about however this prints fine even in PETG.

Using Fusion 360

1. Create a sketch to represent the inside form
Enter Form workbench Create -> Revolve from sketch Delete half of the faces of the top dome Thicken to 1.8mm - make sure direction is away from the inside Use slide edge and bevel edge tools to eliminate steep overhangs from the outer shell Flatten the bottom
