Peloton Bike Phone Tray

This is more of a full redesign rather than a remix, but I wanted to give proper credit to DougPrints for their design. 

Changes from original design:

• Smaller diameter bracket to accommodate standard Peloton handlebar (33 mm)
• No need for brass inserts, just use 3mm screws to tap directly into plastic
• Portrait orientation only, as landscape did not seem practical in the smaller bike
