Quite simple use, just like a pizza cutter but across the pasta dough.
I tried to make it as generic as possible by putting in what I would consider wide margins incase people don't have their printers tuned just right. The bad news is that supports are needed and can be a bit of a faff to remove. I enabled supports everywhere and it prusa slicer seemed to work out a good middle ground. After a combination of trying to spin the cutter and using a toothpick and razor blade you can get enough of the supports removed that the cutting wheel moves freely.
