New 9mm snap caps

Originals were troublesome, this is to fix the tolerance problems. You will need to squeeze the split ends and tap them home but a cleaner joint between cartridge and dome, a bit shy of 9mm. Included the FreeCAD file for any adjustments you may need for your cartridges.
