Big Einsy case

I created a bigger and reversed einsy case for better cable management and airflow

Fits on

• Prusa MK3
• Prusa MK3s
• Prusa MK3s+

To assemble everything you need:

• 6x M3 Square nuts (4x Cover and 2x Cablecover 1 and 2 )
• 4x M3 nuts (Einsyboard )
• 4x M3x10 countersunk screws (Cover)
• 4x M3x10 screws (Einsyboard)
• 4x M3x8 screws ( Case to aluminium frame)
• 2x M3x25 screws ( Cablecover 1 and 2)
• 2x zip tie 2,5x1,0 mm (Heatbed cable)

ASSEMBLING

#		Fasteners
1	Insert the zip tie for the heatbed cable before you assemble everything!	1x zip tie
2	Insert the M3 nuts on the backside of the case to attach the einsyboard	4x M3 nuts
3	Attach the Einsyboard with the screws to the case	4x M3x10 screws
4	Mount the case to the aluminium frame of the printer	4x M3x8 screws
5	Insert the heatbed cable bundle including the textile sleeve in the case
6	Plug in the heatbed cables to the board and tighten the zip tie
7	Connect the extruder cable bundle  and the PSU cables to the board
8	Mount the extrudercable cover part 1  to the case	2x M3 square nuts
9	Connect the X-Axis cable to the einsyboard
10	Mount the extrudercable cover part 2 to the case	2x M3x23 screws
11	Attach the cover to the case	4x M3x10 countersunk screws

Print instructions

Select "Supports from build plate only", no additional supports needed.

New revision with a lot of updates.

To use this you have to print everything again.

Parts are NOT interchangable to the old revision!

Adjusted the thickness of the “einsycase_cable_cover_2” part.

Instead of 23mm long screws you can now use 25mm long screws.
