HexaTile

HexaTile is a fun and exciting tabletop gaming accessory that uses hexagon bases that connect through magnets or 3D-printed plastic parts. Inspired by the popular MagHex system, HexaTile is compatible with other pre-existing tiles and offers additional options for game setup and customization. Printed @ 0.15 and 0.20 layer heights with success in PLA and ASA. 
0% Infill was needed for me on all parts. Top and bottom fill pattern ‘Concentric’

Recommend printing 'Output options:' set to enable ‘Complete individual objects:’ with a height clearance of 14mm my clearance ‘Radius:’ is set to the default 45mm 
CAUTION: Layout x9 HexaTile bases on the print bed in a way to avoid the printer extruder cables in sort of a diagonal stagger. 

These recommendations were tested for a Prusa MK3/S/S+ 

Features

• Compatible with MagHex and other terrain tiles from other authors i.e. Terrain Overlay Tiles For Gloomhaven or MagHex Walls for Gloomhaven
• Magnets are quicker to set up and clean up; or use plastic connectors its cheaper
• Upgrading to magnets can be done whenever and if ever
• When and if using magnets four minimum is required
• Supports cylindrical magnets 3x3mm or 6x3mm
• A base that supports more than one hexagonal shape; for example, Gloomhaven tree
• Locks down to metal surfaces even better with magnets

   - printed out enough tiles for the first scenario photos using some magnets and mostly plastic connectors
   - thread edited with new print information and photo of example usage; temporarily set as the photo cover; new tags

   - simplifying the post for HexaTile
   - removed print-ready files; if someone needs something tweaked, I prefer to assist them based on a photo of their results. If needed, I can share print-ready files
   
• 11/12/2022
   - updated all base models to increase the depth of the connector/magnet inserts; they should now fit better
   - updated the plastic connectors' height
   - print-ready files for MK3S+ ASA with a 0.40mm Nozzle have been added (default)
   - replaced .3mf file with .STL Binary high refinement direct from Fusion 360; easier for me to maintain at this time but can give .3mf file if needed

This is where I really need your help. I need feedback and suggestions in order to get these prints really tuned up for everyone's printers and needs, especially Gloomhaven players.

More plans will start to develop as we go, give this a try and let me know what's needed. Including editing graphics and this thread. I don't have any plans to release this on another platform at the moment I started with Prusa and would love to support them when possible.
