General:

Its a simple filament-sensor mainly created for the Creality Ender 3 V2, thats why there is a Ender-3 mount included in the files. But its generally compatible with every printer out there.

I used these Switches for the Filament-sensor: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01LWI1PKU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If you want to use other switches make sure they will fit, i have provided Fusion 360-Files.

If you want to design your own mount for the filament-sensor:

Printing:

  • 0.12-0.16mm layer height is recommended for the FS_main-body and FS_second-half
  • FS-Ender3-mount can be printed with any material in any resolution

Assembly:

You will need:

  • [3x] M3 Nuts
  • [1x] M3x16 (DIN 912)
  • [2x] M3x20 (DIN 912)
  • [2x] M3 big-washer (DIN 9021)
  • optional [1x] M3 smal-washer (ISO 7091)
  • [2x] M2x10 or any screw thats <2,5
  • FS_main-body
  • FS_second-body
