I wanted a way to hold a Gridfinity base plate in place on my desk without drilling holes or gluing. This design has the top of a clamp fitting into a 1x1 Gridfinity square (and still leaving room for another item to stack on top).
It should work for desks between 5mm and 40mm in thickness.
I printed all parts in PLA with a 0.6mm nozzle and a 0.2mm layer height. Sliced with Cura and printed on an Ender 3 v2.
In the inner threads of the clamp frame piece I used zig-zag support with 0 walls. It was easy to remove by twisting it out with needle nose pliers. The other three pieces need no support.
