I wanted to be able to charge my phone and watch overnight/while I'm in my bedroom at the same time. I went through a few versions and this isn't the sturdiest model, but it works pretty well.
I printed all files with supports, but used the painting tool to get selective about where I wanted them. For the base, I put the supports only on the slotted overhang. The arm only used supports on the little nub on one end. I made one side flat for easy printing. Then for the puck I only painted on supports where the nub is as well.
I printed these in petg with a brim as well.
As for assembly, I used super glue and put a little dab on the nubs of the parts, then slotted them into their respective holes.
NOTE: I believe the gap is where the fan pushes hot air out to keep the charger cool, when I designed this I didn't know what the gap was for. So the original base potentially blocks the exhaust for the fan. I designed an extra base that is much smaller and doesn't wrap around the whole base to make sure air can flow.
