You can use a 3M Command™  strip to affix this to the side of your coffee or end table.

A rubber band around the gear will give it more grip.

I've included the gear as a separate model so that you can print it in a separate color. Also included is the original dry-wall anchor in case you want to make it a semi-permanent fixture behind the couch.
