This Fox hunting antenna is constructed using 3d printed element holders (PETG, 20% fill) and easy to acquire material from a hardware store. It is a remix of thingiverse 912567 but optimized for a small, hand held UHF HT rig carried for fox hunt radiolocation. The antenna has a 23 dB front to back ratio and is tuned to the 3rd harmonic of the 2 meter band. This makes an ideal small sized directional antenna that doesn't require attenuation of any kind.
