Litepanels 1x1 LS Reinforcement Bracket

This was designed as a repair for a colleagues Litepanels 1x1 LS where the heat-set insert had been overtightened and cracked the plastic bodywork of the light. This reinforcement piece sits in the existing holes in the bodywork to keep it's structure.

The large hole is designed so the bold can pass through but the insert can't slip out. Although I added four counterbore bolt holes I found two M3 bolts and T-nuts were sufficient to support the bracket fully.

I printed two as it looked like the other side could also fail in the same way soon.

Printed with 4 walls and 20% infill in PLA.
