Blackbeard Sword from POTC (Triton Sword)

This is the Triton Sword, heavily inspired by the Pirates of the Carribean series. It is the weapon commonly favored by Blackbeard and is said to have magical properties.

The sword is printed in several parts before being assembled with epoxy or superglue. There is a metal rod on the inside to support the sword. The metal rod is 36 inches long and 3/16 inch in diameter. For those using the metric system, you can scale the sword up a few percent and use a 5mm diameter rod instead.

Print instructions

Printed with standard settings on a Prusa mk2. Support material is required for the guard, handle, and connector; the rest are optional. Print one of each file and slide on the rod. Pretty simple.
